Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team at Clicks Tsakane Mall. In this role, you will provide professional pharmaceutical care and handle daily dispensary administration. You will ensure all tasks are completed according to the company’s Standard Operating Plans (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of customer service and patient care.
- Manage efficient stock control, including the repacking of medicine.
- Handle dispensary administration accurately.
- Assist with the accurate compounding of medications.
- Offer general health advice to customers.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
- Assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric with Mathematics (Essential).
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified Post Basic).
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of health and Over-the-Counter (OTC) products.
- Familiarity with SAPC regulations and legal requirements.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical work practices.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Basic calculation skills and computer literacy (MS Office).
