Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Porter. This role is vital to the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients and equipment are moved safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Education: Basic reading, writing, and math skills (literacy and numeracy).
• Experience: Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

• Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Must be able to report for duty by 6:30 AM.
• Ability to handle heavy objects and move equipment.
• Willingness to handle and transport deceased patients (corpses).
• Ability to work irregular hours when required.

Skills and Competencies

• Clear communication skills.
• The ability to follow safety rules and infection control procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and schedules.
