Requirements
To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- An Honours degree or B Psych degree in Psychology.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Registered Counsellor or Psychometrist for the 2025/2026 financial year.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to mental health support.
Core Functions and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Facilitating psychological assessments and mental health programmes.
- Providing professional counselling services to SAPS members and their families.
- Supporting the implementation and management of employee wellness initiatives.
