Role Description
The ARC is offering a two-year MSc student bursary focusing on Agricultural Mechanization. The successful candidate will work as an affiliated postgraduate student, supporting research projects while completing their Master’s degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in the fields of agricultural mechanization, agro-processing, and precision agriculture.
- Provide technical support to ongoing research projects.
- Collaborate and engage with relevant project stakeholders.
- Collect, process, and interpret research data to provide project recommendations.
- Write professional reports, policy briefs, and scientific articles based on research findings.
Job Requirements
- A BSc degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related field.
- Must be a highly motivated graduate with a strong academic record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to farming communities and remote areas for research purposes.
