The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Creating positive and engaging moments for every shopper who enters the store.
- Supporting the Cotton On Group Foundations and helping drive our global charity projects.
- Maintaining store standards by replenishing stock and merchandising products.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and results.
