The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you are a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring our customers have a great experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and create memorable shopping moments.
• Support the Cotton On Group Foundation and help drive our global charity projects.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by restocking shelves and merchandising products.
• Work as part of a team to reach daily goals.
