Job Description

We are looking for a tech‑savvy, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Consultant. Your main goal will be to maximise sales opportunities and ensure every customer receives a memorable, hands‑on experience with the latest Apple technology and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage customers to understand their needs.
• Present complete solutions and showcase Apple products and services.
• Create memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Use the knowledge and tools provided by iStore to support customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric certificate.
• Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or strong product knowledge.
• Passion for Apple products and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
