Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent NQF4 qualification.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Be a South African citizen by birth.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Belong to a previously disadvantaged group.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a learner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing all required theoretical learning and assessments.
• Handling administrative and reporting tasks accurately and on time.
• Organizing and distributing documents according to company standards.
• Responding to client queries professionally to provide an excellent service experience.
• Directing inquiries to the correct departments to ensure they are resolved quickly.
• Maintaining high standards of office organization and housekeeping.
