The Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales data, delegating inquiries, and providing administrative support to our sales force. You will play a vital role in ensuring our sales processes run efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Management: Handle and delegate web and other inquiries quickly and accurately according to company processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Deliver accurate data and monthly reports, including performance against targets, budget updates, and CRM database management.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with contract administration, feedback collection, and maintenance of sales processes.
  • Project Management: Help plan and execute sales projects, including trade shows and sales trips.
  • Communication: Ensure the sales team is kept informed about process changes, new reports, and general sales information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to achieve shared goals and provide backup support for colleagues when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A good understanding of luxury travel products and destinations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Zoho CRM is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the travel or tour operations sector is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate (Required).
  • Tertiary degree (Advantageous).
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism (Advantageous).
