About the Role
Kick‑start your sales career with Hyundai! We are looking for motivated, energetic people to join our Sales Trainee Programme. This programme will help you become a future Sales Executive through hands‑on experience, structured training, and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme.
- Learn vehicle product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support Sales Executives with customer interactions and sales processes.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Maintain showroom standards and uphold the Hyundai brand.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve training objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong interest in a career in automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and target‑driven.
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Advantageous: Sales or customer service experience, Degree or Diploma.
