About the role
The Salesman Driver is responsible for delivering bakery products on time and in full, collecting payments, and managing sales assets daily. The role supports growth in bakery sales through excellent customer service and strong trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers as scheduled.
- Collect payments and reconcile sales records.
- Maintain and manage bakery sales assets.
- Build and nurture trade relationships.
- Present and communicate information clearly to all levels.
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid Driver’s License code 10/C1 with PDP that is at least 3 years old.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or retail.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good people‑management abilities.
- Self‑motivated and responsible.
- Excellent verbal and numerical skills.
- Assertiveness and confidence in a sales environment.
