Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP FI/CO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help our Finance department get the most out of our SAP systems. You will provide hands-on support, lead the finance team, and ensure our financial processes are efficient and modern. We need someone with deep expertise in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA who understands end-to-end financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support: Provide expert technical support for SAP FI/CO, including troubleshooting and fixing system issues.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with the finance team to understand their needs and turn those requirements into clear technical plans.
- Project Management: Lead SAP implementations and upgrades, following international best practices and company standards.
- Training & Documentation: Create user manuals and training materials. Conduct training sessions to help staff use the system effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to make financial processes faster and more efficient through system innovations.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy new SAP solutions.
- Data Management: Manage data mapping and master data uploads using tools like LSMW.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Information Technology. A postgraduate qualification in IT is a plus.
- Certification: SAP Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strategy & Projects: Proven experience in developing IT strategies and managing large-scale programs or projects.
