Overview
Sasol is committed to building an inclusive South African economy. Through the Sasol Foundation Graduate Internship Programme, we are offering 22 graduates a two-year workplace experience. These internships are hosted within Sasol Business Units and are specifically aligned with each graduate’s field of study. This initiative aims to equip young professionals with practical skills, industry exposure, and meaningful career development opportunities.

Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 29 years of age.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must reside within Sasol local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, or Ekandustria) or within a 50km radius of a Sasol Retail site.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a completed Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Sales
- Data Science or Data Analytics
- Information Technology
- Transport and Logistics
- Operations, Retail, or Brand Management
- Law (LLB, Legal & Compliance, Commercial, or Property Law)
- Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Industrial Relations
- Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (including CIMA/CFP)
- Public Relations or Stakeholder Management
- Development Studies or Project Management
- Communications or Brand Communication
- Business Management, Economics, or Business Administration
- Engineering (Civil or Industrial)
- Property Studies or Real Estate
