Requirements
- A three-year post-matric qualification or a university degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience (experience in sport, culture, or teaching environments is preferred).
- A valid driver’s license.
Key Knowledge Areas
- Understanding of education policies, procedures, and Information Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Public Financial Management (PFMA) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Familiarity with Sport and Recreation policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in filing and record-keeping.
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in two official languages of the Western Cape.
- Administration: Excellence in project planning, organizing, and financial administration.
- Technical: High level of computer literacy and report-writing skills.
- Interpersonal: Ability to facilitate presentations and work effectively with others using strong analytical skills.
