Role Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Senior HVAC Artisan to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of air-conditioning and water reticulation units. Your primary goal is to ensure all systems run smoothly and meet our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Service equipment according to specific company and client requirements.
- Install and commission air-conditioning and water systems.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and handle emergency repairs.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify potential risks or faults.
- Ensure all technical work complies with health and safety legislation and service level agreements.
- Complete work accurately and on time, providing regular feedback to supervisors and clients.
Requirements and Experience
- Matric (Senior Certificate).
- N3 to N6 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Trade Test qualification in HVAC (Air-conditioning and Refrigeration).
- An additional Electrical Trade Test is considered an advantage.
- Valid South African Driver’s License.
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and digital control systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and knowledge of SAP.
- A strong understanding of the OHS Act.
