The City of Cape Town is looking for a dedicated Senior Professional Officer to join our Human Resources team. Role Overview
This is a full-time position located in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role falls within the Human Resources field and focuses on Education, Training, and Development (ETD) practices within the municipality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a closely related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of South African government legislation regarding education and training.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven skills in monitoring, control, and project oversight.
- Strong negotiation and consulting abilities.
- Experience in managing change within an organization.
