About the Role
Eskom Distribution is looking for two Service Agents to perform meter reading and related customer service tasks in a defined geographic area. The role involves accurate billing, support of the value chain sub‑processes, and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conventional measurement and meter reading tasks.
- Provide customer data and handle generic service activities.
- Direct daily customer service operations.
- Build relationships between Eskom and customers.
- Perform credit revenue and credit management processes.
- Carry out vending and prepaid activities.
- Process quotation and connection activities.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification: National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Management, Engineering, Commerce or Finance (240 credits).
Experience: Minimum 2 years working with customers and customer relations.
