About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Centre Administrator to join the HiFi Corp brand within Pepkor Lifestyle. In this role you will support our retail operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
  • Assist with merchandising and store presentation.

Qualifications
