Purpose of the Job
OK Furniture, a division of Shoprite Group, is looking for a Stock Clerk to join our fast‑paced furniture retail team. The role focuses on maintaining an accurate stock ledger, ensuring all stock movements are recorded correctly, and supporting the service department’s production on Blue Cube. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, adaptable, and takes full ownership of stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve issues related to the stock ledger.
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and on time.
- Capture all service department production on Blue Cube.
- Maintain in‑stock status at all times.
- Perform daily management receiving checks.
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate.
Desirable
- Training in Administration and Sales Management.
- Training for Trainee Manager.
- Diploma in Cost Control.
Experience
- 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in retail or a furniture environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- 6–12 months of experience in retail furniture operations is desirable.
