Momentum Metropolitan Holdings is a leading South African financial services group. We specialize in insurance, asset management, investments, and healthcare. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Short-Term Insurance Learnership Programme in Centurion.

About the Programme

This learnership runs from March 26, 2026, to March 31, 2027. It is designed to help you build practical skills and gain professional experience in the insurance industry. Upon successful completion, you will earn an NQF Level 4 qualification (FETC: Short-Term Insurance).

Requirements

  • You must be between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You must have passed Matric with at least 50% in English (Mathematics is an advantage).
  • You must be currently unemployed and have no previous work experience.
  • You must not be currently studying at another institution or registered for any other learnership.
  • You must be computer literate and able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • You must have a clear criminal and credit record.
  • You must have a genuine interest in starting a career in the insurance sector.
