Short-Term Insurance Learnership

Momentum Metropolitan Holdings is a leading South African financial services group specializing in insurance, asset management, and healthcare. We are offering an exciting Learnership Programme for individuals looking to build a career in the insurance industry.

Programme Overview

This learnership will run from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2027. Participants will gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills specific to short-term insurance. Upon successful completion, graduates will receive a FETC: Short-Term Insurance, NQF Level 4 qualification.

Requirements

  • Age: Between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Education: You must have passed Matric with at least 50% in English. Mathematics is a plus.
  • Experience: Currently unemployed with no prior work experience.
  • Qualifications: You must not hold any post-Matric qualifications or be currently studying at another institution.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Record: A clear criminal and credit record is required.
  • Documents: You must provide a copy of your ID and your Matric certificate (or preliminary results if you are currently finishing Matric).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop industry-specific skills through structured learning.
  • Gain practical experience within the Short-Term Insurance sector.
  • Commit to the full duration of the programme and complete all required assessments.

Additional Information
