Requirements

To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (NQF level 6 or higher).
  • Valid registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) for the 2025/2026 financial year.
  • Computer literacy, specifically with proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Work Intern, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive social work services within an occupational environment.
  • Implementing preventive, supportive, and capacity-building interventions to improve employee wellbeing.
  • Assisting with various social wellness programs within the service.
