Job Title: Specialised Case Officers (CB2-1)

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or a relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Behavioural Sciences.
- Training: Successful completion of the Correctional Science Learnership, Basic Training, or Induction Training Course (ITC).
- Experience:
- If applying with a Matric certificate: At least 10 years of relevant experience at the entry-level production post (CB 1).
- If applying with a relevant NQF Level 6 qualification: No previous experience is required.
- Skills: Must be computer literate and possess a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Facilitating and implementing individual sentence plans for offenders.
- Providing personal development support to individual offenders.
- Monitoring offender behavior and providing detailed evaluation reports.
- Ensuring safe custody and security within the unit.
- Registering and referring offender complaints and requests to the Case Management Committees or Administration.
- Managing unit resources effectively.
