Job Opportunity: Specialist Clerk – Graduate Trainee

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support various Education, Training, and Development (ETD) programs. Your main tasks will include:

  • Administration: Monitoring and checking applications and correspondence related to training programs.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining ETD records on SAP. You will ensure data integrity for student files and databases.
  • Reporting: Compiling and researching statistics for annual reports, Workplace Skills Plans, and BBBEE reporting.
  • Financial Tracking: Managing student payments and keeping track of program debtors.
  • Communication: Drafting professional letters and reports regarding internships, financial support, learnerships, and other skills development initiatives.
  • Support: Providing regular updates to program beneficiaries and managing correspondence for various student training programs.
