The Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, your primary goal is to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will support the store’s success by managing sales, handling cash accurately, and keeping stock well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Management:
- Process transactions efficiently and ensure all cash records are accurate.
- Follow daily banking and cash control procedures.
- Handle manual transactions correctly when necessary.
Stock & Operations:
- Maintain an organized storeroom and assist with weekly stock counts.
- Ensure all shoes are correctly paired and stock integrity is maintained.
- Help manage and fulfill customer orders promptly.
Customer Excellence:
- Deliver a high-end service experience by sharing expert product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification is essential.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail (fashion or luxury retail experience is a plus).
- A genuine interest in high-end fashion and footwear.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to engage naturally with customers.
