Flexi Store Assistant: Spitz (Boardwalk Mall, Richards Bay)
Spitz has been a leader in premium international footwear since 1968. Known for excellence and exclusive brands, our stores offer an inviting and high-end shopping experience. We are currently looking for a motivated Flexi Store Assistant to join our team in Richards Bay.
Your Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience. You will support the store’s success by providing excellent service, managing stock efficiently, and handling cash with high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Deliver a premium shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized and professional service.
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Cash Management
- Handle cash desk duties efficiently and ensure all transactions are accurate.
- Follow daily cash control and banking processes with precision.
- Process manual transactions correctly when necessary.
Stock and Store Organization
- Assist with daily stock procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
- Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain an organized storeroom.
- Manage customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.
- Complete shoe pairing exercises to maintain stock integrity.
What You Need to Succeed
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Required).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak shopping seasons.
- Passion: A genuine interest in high-end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy when handling money.
- Excellent attention to detail to uphold luxury brand standards.
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a natural ability to work well within a team.
