Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A three or four-year tertiary qualification (Degree or National Diploma) in Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in a support services environment.
  • A valid Code B driving licence.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal record check, including fingerprinting by the Tshwane Metro Police Department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Providing corporate and financial administration support.
  • Assisting with strategic management and secretariat services.
  • Managing registry, archives, assets, and inventory operations.
  • Leading and supervising staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
  • Ensuring all administrative outcomes meet the city’s standards.
