Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A three- or four-year degree or national diploma in Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least three years of working experience in a support services environment.
  • Licence: A valid Code B driving licence.
  • Skills: Must be computer literate.
  • Background Check: Candidates must undergo a criminal record check, including fingerprinting by the Tshwane Metro Police Department (at the candidate’s own cost).

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative and leadership tasks, including:

  • Providing corporate and financial administration support.
  • Assisting with strategic management and secretarial duties.
  • Managing registry and archive operations.
  • Overseeing asset and inventory management.
  • Leading and managing staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
