We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Intern. This is a contract position based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Requirements

To qualify for this internship, you must have a Matric certificate and be currently studying toward or have recently completed an N6 qualification in one of the following fields:

Data Science or Data Engineering
Operations Research
Statistics
Sustainability (Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related fields)

What You Will Do

As a Sustainability Intern, you will support our environmental and social goals through data and automation. Your responsibilities will include:

Automating the flow of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions data into our reporting tools.
Reviewing and verifying emissions data for accuracy.
Helping gather and organize data for the annual Sustainability Impact Report.
Compiling Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports.
Managing sustainability reporting dashboards to track progress.
Developing AI agents to help automate reporting tasks.
Providing administrative support for various ESG projects.
