Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Agent to assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes. You will explain rules, terms, and conditions, help customers during flight disruptions or cancellations, and handle confidential information with care. You will also resolve complaints professionally and report any problems to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- Experience in an airport or ticket sales environment (essential)
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal English, including proper phone etiquette
- Conflict resolution skills
