About the Role
Tracker Connect is looking for a Direct Sales Agent to join our head office in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will maintain high customer service standards, meet sales targets, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We need a dedicated, hardworking individual who can contribute to a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to existing and potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads and queries.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
- Develop innovative and creative sales techniques.
- Ensure customer service standards are upheld in a high‑pressure environment.
- Work overtime or Saturdays if requested by management.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in a call centre.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Computer literacy.
- Analytical thinking.
- Persuasive and competitive nature (advantage).
- Proven sales record.
