Trainee Climate Change Internship

We invite unemployed youth residing within the Tswelopele region to apply for our Climate Change Internship program. This initiative is designed to provide young professionals with 6 months of valuable workplace experience and practical training.

Internship Overview

The municipality is currently seeking candidates for the following internship roles:

  • Climate Change
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Compliance
  • Waste Management

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A National Diploma or B-Tech in Climate Change.
  • Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Residency: Must be a resident of the Tswelopele Local Municipality.
  • Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attributes: A self-disciplined individual with a strong willingness to learn.

Program Duration

The internship will run for a period of 6 months.
