Trainee Yard Official

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal as Trainee Yard Officials.
Position Purpose
The Trainee Yard Official role is a developmental position. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive modular training, both theoretical and practical, to qualify and earn certification as a professional Yard Official.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all theoretical training modules within the required timeframes.
- Participate in and successfully finish practical training programs.
- Develop the necessary skills to perform yard operations and operate specialized equipment.
- Maintain a detailed portfolio of evidence (POE) to track progress and experience.
- Carry out work assignments safely and efficiently in line with company strategy and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Successful completion of a psychological screening test.
- Ability to pass a medical examination relevant to the job level (including vision and hearing tests).
- High level of physical fitness.
- Commitment to completing all necessary theoretical and practical assessments.
