Programme Overview
This learnership provides hands-on training in packaging products using automated equipment. During the programme, you will learn to maintain high health, safety, and quality standards while gaining a deep understanding of business operations and mechanical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production lines and perform cleaning activities according to operational plans.
- Complete pre-start checks to ensure equipment and work areas are safe and clean.
- Monitor the quality of both product and packaging against set standards.
- Identify any process abnormalities and take immediate action to resolve them.
- Maintain a safe, eco-efficient, and sustainable work environment.
- Complete all required assessments, assignments, and logbooks as part of the learnership.
Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric) with a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Alternatively, an N2, N3, or N4 Engineering qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A commitment to following safety and quality protocols.
