About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Van Assistant to support our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail‑oriented, and friendly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the driver.
- Arrive at work at least one hour early.
- Ensure that products loaded onto the truck are undamaged and of good quality.
- Check that the date code on each product is correct and that items are not short‑dated.
- Load the correct products according to the loading sheet.
- Unload products at the customer’s designated address.
- Merchandise the product at the customer’s location.
- Provide helpful and friendly service to customers.
Requirements
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to company policies on hygiene, dress code, and safety.
