Van Sell Driver (4 Positions) – Bloemfontein Bakery
PepsiCo is a global leader in the food and beverage industry, featuring a portfolio of iconic brands including Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, and Pepsi-Cola. We are currently seeking four dedicated Van Sell Drivers to join our team at the Bloemfontein Bakery.
Role Overview
As a Van Sell Driver, you will play a vital role in our logistics and sales operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely delivery of goods while providing excellent service to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing route finances and identifying new business opportunities in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all goods are delivered to customers on schedule.
- Manage and reconcile cash and payments accurately according to company procedures.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at every stop.
- Identify potential gaps and growth opportunities within your local route.
- Take full accountability for assigned routes and minimize stock or cash shortages.
- Liaise regularly with Sales Representatives to coordinate efforts.
- Maintain strict control over delivery crates and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 3 qualification.
- License: Valid Code 10 Driver’s License.
- Permit: Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of reconciliation processes and strong interpersonal skills.
