Job Summary
Clover is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Visitor Centre Host to welcome guests and create a positive first impression. The host will be based at our Clayville branch but will report to the Head Office. The role requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging tours that showcase Clover’s operations, history, and products.
- Conduct guided tours for schools, corporate groups, industry professionals, and the general public.
- Adapt tour content to suit different audiences and keep it relevant and engaging.
- Manage the booking system, schedule visitor reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with visitors before their visit to confirm bookings and provide pre‑visit information.
- Organise and run product demonstrations, tastings, and brand exposure sessions.
- Ensure the Visitor Centre and demonstration areas meet safety and quality standards.
- Support special events and campaigns to increase visitor engagement.
- Maintain accurate scheduling for internal and external bookings and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
- Facilitate quarterly knowledge‑sharing sessions with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant experience applying job‑related concepts, techniques, and processes.
- Experience working with senior management.
- People management experience.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
