The Role
As a Wealth Adviser Assistant, you will support our advisers with daily management, administration, and client relations. Your goal is to ensure smooth business operations and provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and summarize policy information.
- Prepare investment proposals and client reviews using standard templates.
- Handle data capturing and research product information.
- Manage new applications, quotations, and client inquiries.
- Organize diaries and schedule appointments between advisers and clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM (Client Relationship Management) system.
- Prepare and send out monthly and quarterly statements.
- Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Help manage policy renewals and ensure compliance with financial regulations (FAIS).
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Requirements
- A completed BCom degree in Finance, Investments, Financial Planning, Economics, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong technical and administrative skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one other official South African language.
Required Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A strong focus on customer service.
- Great time management and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to work well within a team.
