Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Wealth Adviser Assistant, you will support advisers in managing client relationships and handling administrative tasks. Your key duties will include:
- Client Support: Acting as a point of contact for client enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Financial Administration: Gathering policy information, preparing client reviews, and processing new business applications.
- Data Management: Updating CRM systems and digital files to ensure all client records are accurate and professional.
- Compliance: Ensuring all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Preparing monthly statements and helping with marketing activities.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: A completed BCom Degree, preferably majoring in Finance, Investments, Financial Planning, Economics, or Financial Sciences.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
