Wellness Assistant – Clicks Ravenswood

About the Role
Clicks Group is looking for a professional Wellness Assistant to join our team at the Ravenswood store. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by offering basic advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplements. You will help customers find the right products while ensuring the store remains well-stocked and inviting.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Proactively help customers and provide advice on health and nutritional supplements.
- Drive Sales: Meet sales targets by recommending the right products and promoting a broad range of brands.
- Stock Management: Keep healthcare aisles stocked and follow stock rotation rules to prevent waste or loss.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Store Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow all standard operating procedures.
- Personal Development: Keep your product knowledge up to date and share information with team members.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of retail operations (stock management and merchandising).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence customer choices.
- Goal-oriented mindset to meet customer expectations and sales targets.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplement products.
- Basic computer literacy.
Requirements
Education:
- Matric certificate is essential.
- Required Marks: At least 50% for Maths (or 60% for Maths Literacy), 50% for English, and a pass in Life Science or Physics.
- A qualification in sports, fitness, or nutrition is an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of related retail or sales experience.
- Previous experience working with sports nutrition or vitamins is preferred.
