Programme Overview
We are inviting talented, unemployed South African graduates to join our two-year Graduate Development Programme. This initiative is designed to provide you with a blend of institutional knowledge and hands-on experience, helping you build a solid foundation for your professional career.
The programme lasts for 24 months. During this time, you will receive structured mentorship, and your progress will be assessed every six months to ensure you are gaining the skills needed to succeed in the industry.

Requirements
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Experience: No prior work experience is required.
