Who Should Apply
To be eligible you must:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old as of 1 May 2026
- Hold a minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification, or a completed post‑matric qualification at NQF Level 5, 6 or 7
- Be currently unemployed
- Be a South African‑born citizen (African, Coloured or Indian) as defined by the BBBEE Act
- Not have previously participated in a YES Programme with another organisation
Work Arrangements
Placements may be at various sites, branches or offices. Some roles offer hybrid or remote options depending on the division and job requirements. Participants may be required to work weekdays and, in some cases, shifts that include weekends and public holidays. You must be able to travel to and from the workplace as needed.
