Requirements

• Demonstrated competency in the functions required for this post.
• Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) at NQF Level 4.
• Proficiency in at least two official languages, one of which must be English.
• South African citizenship.
• No previous convictions or pending cases.
• Subject to vetting, security screening and fingerprint verification.
• Computer literacy, interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant experience, tertiary qualification or developmental courses are advantageous.

Duties

• Provide secretarial support – type reports, letters and memoranda.
• Manage diary, coordinate travel arrangements and claims.
• Maintain an updated filing system and document registers.
• Handle routine correspondence, emails, faxes and telephone calls.
• Provide support during meetings and workshops.
• Handle confidential documents.
• Operate standard office equipment (fax, photocopier, computer).
• Host and serve refreshments to visitors.
• Manage office inventory.
• Willing to work extended hours.
