Purpose of the Role

Provide expert clerical and administrative support to mechanical maintenance operations, including turnarounds and breakdowns. The role supports safe, compliant, and timely execution of work through SAP, procurement, and documentation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and SAP support for maintenance activities
  • Procurement and documentation coordination
  • Ensure compliance with BU and Sasol quality standards
  • Cost awareness and financial control support
  • Promote SHER standards and safe work practices
  • Support continuous improvement of admin systems

Purpose of the Role

Provide clerical and administrative services to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of the Management of Change (MOC) process within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for MOC procedures and records
  • Schedule meetings, manage inquiries, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare presentations and MOC‑related documentation
  • Support implementation and tracking of MOC activities
  • Ensure administrative compliance with Sasol standards
  • Promote safety, governance, and process discipline

🎓 Minimum Requirements (Both Roles)

Education:

  • High School / School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 0+ years of relevant clerical or administrative experience
