Admin Controller at HEINEKEN
HEINEKEN is the world’s most international brewer and a leading developer of premium beer and cider brands. We are currently looking for a dedicated Admin Controller to join our team in Worcester, Western Cape.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial administration, office operations, and personnel-related tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring our budget processes and internal controls are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the annual operating expense (OPEX) budget and forecasting processes.
- Perform monthly reviews of the OPEX budget and report on any variances.
- Maintain monthly Internal Control Checklists (ICCs), including procurement controls.
- Manage vendor purchasing and payments in line with the established budget.
- Oversee the issuing of stock and prepare financial journals as required.
- Manage general office administration and personnel documentation.
- Ensure all monthly payroll information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements
- A minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or financial environment.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office suite); experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
- The ability to work accurately under pressure with minimal supervision.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Reliability regarding punctuality and attendance.
- Willingness to work irregular hours when the job requires.
