Job Overview

As an Account Developer for General Trade and Wholesale, your primary focus will be visiting customers to drive sales and provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining market standards, and building strong relationships with business owners in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and market execution targets.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support.
  • Ensure promotional activities and market standards are maintained.
  • Manage company assets and keep accurate customer records.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (prospecting).
  • Adhere to all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.

Requirements

  • Education: A 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in Sales or Marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • License: A valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong business acumen and professional presentation skills.
