Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our Integrity, Security, and Vetting Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining organized records and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our vetting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the filing system for all vetting documents within the Limpopo Provincial Administration.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department.
  • Assist the Head of the Unit and other staff members with the coordination and management of vetting operational meetings.

Requirements

  • Education: A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) plus a recognized undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative or support services.
  • License: A valid driver’s license (this requirement is waived for people with disabilities).

  • Professional Skills: Strong knowledge of public service legislative frameworks and administrative procedures.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Management: Ability to manage time effectively, solve problems, and work well within a team.
